1. High purity oxygen system(≥99.999% O2)
Feed material can be air or industrial oxygen and final product can be liquid oxygen with purity higher than 99.9995%.
2. High purity nitrogen system(≥99.99995%)
Feed material can be air or low purity nitrogen and final product can be gas nitrogen or liquid nitrogen with purity higher than 99.99995%.
3. High purity argon system(≥99.9995%)
Feed material can be contaminated argon and final product can be gas or liquid argon with purity higher than 99.9995%.
4. High purity CO system(≥99.999%)
Feed material can be contaminated CO or other off-gas containing CO and final product can be gas or liquid CO with purity higher than 99.999%.
5. High purity CH4 system(≥99.999%)
Feed material can be Natural gas or LNG and final product can be gas or liquid CH4 with purity higher than 99.999%.
