1. Pressure swing adsorption(PSA) nitrogen generator is an automatic equipment which utilizes carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent and employs the principle of pressure adsorption of oxygen from air and de-pressure regeneration, thus obtaining high purity nitrogen.
2. Nitrogen purity can be adjusted conveniently between 90%~99.999%.
3. The system is highly automated skid mounted type. Product nitrogen can be obtained within 30 minutes after startup.
4. The system process is simple and low power consumption and easy maintenance.
5. On-line analyzer with high accuracy is used on the system to monitor product purity with no delay.
6. Different capacity, purity and product pressure can be customized to meet with client need.
